I am new to agent writing, so I don't know if this is trivial, or if I am getting into something complex. I have a database that allows web users to submit data to our SSL page running under Domino (that part works fine). I tried to create an agent that would send an e-mail alert to a few key users at our end with a link to the document and/or send a Thank You e-mail back to the depositor. When I had trouble I tried to do only one of these (I tried each and they both gave the same error described below).
I tried to set the agent both for "Before new mail arrives" and "After new mail has arrived," but both give me the same error when I try to save or enable the agent:
Unable to determine the execution access privileges for agent 'MyAgentName' on 'garbagecharacters' it my not run.
Sure enough, it seems not to run. What does this mean? Have I provided enough info for someone to tell me what I am doing wrong?
